Core Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Oversee the accurate dispensing of medications, manage daily workflows, and handle customer service inquiries.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmacy activities follow local, state, and federal laws, particularly for storing drugs and managing controlled substances.
- Staff Supervision
- Evaluate pharmacy technicians, clerks, and other staff members.
- Inventory Control
- Order and stock pharmaceutical supplies, prevent stockouts, and reduce waste.
- Patient Care
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and safe dosages
- Pay
- ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
