Required Skills & Qualifications
- HSC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service, medical billing(preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work US shifts. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle management.
