Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Travel: Salon visits for shoots (approx. 2 per week), travel allowance provided

FRIN Beauty is a growing beauty brand focused on delivering quality salon and beauty experiences. We are looking for a creative, data-minded marketing intern to help us build our brand presence across digital and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

Create, shoot, and edit social media content (reels, stories, posts) for the brand's platforms

Visit salons for content shoots and coordinate with salon teams

Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and blog/content updates

Track and analyse campaign and social media performance using analytics tools, and share insights and reports

Assist in writing captions, copy, and other marketing content

Keep up with beauty and social media trends to suggest fresh content ideas

Support general marketing activities as required by the team

Requirements

Basic knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page SEO; tools like Google Search Console or SEMrush are a plus)

Working knowledge of data analytics (Google Analytics, Instagram/Meta Insights, Excel/Google Sheets)

Understanding of general marketing principles

Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling

Comfortable shooting social media content, both behind the camera and, if needed, in front of it

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)

Willingness to travel to salons for shoots

Who Can Apply

Students or fresh graduates pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
