Bits of your job

Understand the NHMD brand, its audience, positioning, and tone — and translate that into effective paid social campaigns

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting

Conduct audience research and continuously test interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, and new audience opportunities

Analyze key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates

Develop creative testing strategies tailored to the NHMD brand — testing different hooks, angles, messages, visuals, and formats

Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability and brand consistency

Track and report performance using Meta Ads Manager and relevant analytics tools

Work closely with the creative and content team to turn performance insights into stronger, on-brand creative

Stay on top of Meta Ads trends and identify new opportunities that make sense for NHMD

Support other marketing initiatives and take on other assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

Key expectations

2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads

Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Experience managing budgets of €5,000+/month preferred

Fluent English

Salary

From 1,700 €/mon. net
