Job Summary

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hardcore sales, B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, business development, and business expansion. Candidates with experience in hospitality, housekeeping chemicals or facility management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Identify and establish corporate tie-ups to expand business opportunities.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business expansion opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and corporate partners.

• Present and pitch business proposals and service offerings to potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and proposals using MS Office and PowerPoint.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hardcore sales, B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, and business development.

• Industry Preference: Candidates from hospitality, facility management, or related industries preferred. Not suitable for FMCG, channel sales, or institutional sales backgrounds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Pay

₹257,452.30 - ₹982,351.64 per year
