Job Responsibilities

• Arrange security guards at the site as required.
• Visit the site regularly and ensure everything is up to date.
• Supervise security guards and their daily duties.
• Ensure the safety and security of the assigned building.
• Maintain duty schedules and staff attendance.
• Monitor entry and exit of staff and visitors.
• Report security issues to management.
• Conduct regular security inspections.
• Train and guide security guards when required.
• Maintain proper security protocols and discipline.
• Be alert, well-spoken, and responsible.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of security procedures.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage security guards.
• Responsible, alert, and disciplined.
