Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, confident, Telesales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, explaining our residential plots, commercial plots, and township projects, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company provided leads
• Explain project details, location, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plot options.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain Regular followups
• Convince and motivate prospective customers to schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for customer site visits.
• Follow up with interested customers until booking/conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, followups , site visits, and bookings.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional communication.
• Keep updated with company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market information.
• Follow company sales policies and maintain professional calling standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is essential; basic English will be an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate, telesales, telecalling, property sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
