Video Editor

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer \& Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good understanding of social media content and hands-on experience in creating engaging graphics and videos for digital platforms.

The role will involve creating social media creatives, property marketing content, Reels, walkthrough videos, promotional videos, banners and other visual communication materials while maintaining a consistent and premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, property walkthroughs, promotional videos and social media content.
• Design property brochures, banners, advertisements, campaign creatives and marketing materials.
• Convert property/project information into visually engaging content.
• Edit raw footage, add transitions, text, music, subtitles and other elements as required.
• Create thumbnails and cover designs for YouTube and social media.
• Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts and overall visual identity.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign and property requirements.
• Create multiple creative variations for digital advertising and social media campaigns.
• Manage and organise design files, video assets and project resources.
• Stay updated with current design, video editing and social media content trends.
• Ensure all creatives are delivered within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media design and short-form video content.
• Good knowledge of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create premium and professional-looking designs.
• Good understanding of different social media formats and dimensions.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A strong portfolio of previous graphic design and video editing work is required.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
