ADMAXX Advertising is looking for a smart, responsible and organized Client \& Operations Coordinator to join our team.

- Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle \& coordinate with clients and vendors
- Maintain client, vendor \& campaign records
- Follow up for creatives, approvals, campaign updates \& payments
- Maintain and update Excel reports \& records
- Draft professional emails and basic business documents
- Maintain campaign \& Proof of Performance (POP) records
- Coordinate with vendors/field teams for campaign execution
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word \& PowerPoint
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to professionally handle clients \& vendors
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Basic email drafting skills
- Must have a Laptop/Computer + Reliable Internet Connection
- Responsible and comfortable working independently from home
- Experience
- Fresher / 1–3 Years
