Night Shift Nurse

• Visits patients at their homes to give medical care.

• Checks vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

• Gives medicines and ensures they are taken correctly.

• Provides wound care such as cleaning and changing dressings.

• Helps with daily activities like bathing, eating, and moving safely.

• Monitors health changes and reports concerns to doctors or family.

• Manages medical equipment like oxygen, insulin pumps, or IVs.

• Teaches patients and families how to care for health needs at home.

• Keeps records of care, medicines, and patient progress.

• Offers emotional support to help patients feel safe and comfortable.
