- Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, cash/card collections, and purchase entries in accounting software (like Tally or ERP).
- Cash \& Bank Management: Handle cash drops, manage petty cash, deposit daily collections, and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, track supplier payments, and reconcile supplier ledger accounts.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor daily POS (Point of Sale) collections, credit card settlements, and corporate client dues.
- Inventory \& Stock Auditing: Coordinate with the store inventory team to cross-check physical stock audits with system records.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in computing and filing GST, TDS, and other local statutory compliances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, cash flow statements, and assist management with monthly or yearly financial closings
