Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator – Coco Peat

Department: Export / Logistics

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments of coco peat products from factory to port.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Packing and Warehouse teams for shipment readiness.

• Arrange containers and vehicles as per export shipment schedules.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA and transporters.

• Follow up on container booking, vehicle placement and port movement.

• Coordinate container loading and stuffing as per customer requirements.

• Prepare and verify export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill and other required documents.

• Track containers from factory to port and update shipment status.

• Coordinate with the CHA for customs clearance and documentation.

• Follow up on Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.

• Maintain records of containers, shipment details, dispatch quantities and delivery status.

• Handle shipment delays and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Prepare daily/weekly export logistics reports.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Export Logistics and Shipping Documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.

• Experience with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines and container operations.

• Experience in Coco Peat / Coco Coir / Export Industry will be an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
