Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Cattle Feed

Experience

2–5 Years

Qualification

Any Degree / MBA – Marketing preferred

Job Purpose

To maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and customers, understand their requirements, support sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with farmers, dealers, and distributors.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.

• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and deliveries.

• Collect customer feedback on cattle feed products and services.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Identify new customers and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams based on customer requirements.

• Maintain customer details, follow-up records, and sales reports.

• Support the sales team in achieving customer retention and sales targets.

• Monitor market feedback and competitor activities.

• Conduct regular customer visits when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer handling and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

• Willingness to travel for customer/dealer visits.

Preferred

• Experience in cattle feed, dairy, animal nutrition, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of the local market and dealer/farmer network is preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
