Job Description

JOSECO Furniture is hiring 3 Sales Executives to join our showroom team in Marthandam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable furniture products, and provide an excellent showroom buying experience.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranty details.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Support customers throughout the buying process.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly showroom experience.
• Work towards achieving sales and customer-service objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Malayalam knowledge is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Email.
• Previous showroom or sales experience is an advantage.
• Any qualification.
