Feild sales executive

Field Sales Executives (FSEs) at PhonePe, working either directly or through partner agencies (precompany/third-party payroll), play a critical role in expanding PhonePe's merchant network.

Key Responsibilities Shop-to-Shop Visits \& Onboarding: Conduct daily field visits to small and medium business owners (kirana stores, retail shops, restaurants) to onboard them onto the PhonePe Merchant platform. Product Deployment: Deploy and install PhonePe payment solutions, including QR code stands, Smart Speaker Soundboxes (for real-time voice alerts), and POS card machines. Merchant Loan Enablement: Introduce and offer pre-approved business loans or credit facilities available via PhonePe to eligible merchants to help finance their business growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local shopkeepers, providing prompt customer support for device troubleshooting, payment settlement queries, or replacement requests. Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for new merchant acquisition, Soundbox activations, and active transaction volumes. Data \& Lead Management: Record accurate merchant details, collect KYC documents, and update real-time visit logs on the PhonePe internal sales app.
