Trachea Home care

• Monitor the patient’s breathing, oxygen saturation, and vital signs.
• Maintain proper tracheostomy tube care and cleanliness.
• Suction secretions when necessary using proper sterile technique.
• Check the tracheostomy tube for blockage, displacement, or infection.
• Provide humidification and adequate hydration as prescribed.
• Change tracheostomy dressings and clean the stoma site regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications, oxygen, and nebulization.
• Teach the patient and family about tracheostomy care and emergency procedures.
• Maintain emergency equipment such as a suction machine and spare tracheostomy tube.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the doctor.

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
