Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, motivated and computer-proficient Office Staff member to support our day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate should have a degree qualification and good practical knowledge and expertise in computer applications. The role involves regular office administration, documentation, data entry and computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office and administrative activities
• Prepare and maintain office documents and records
• Perform data entry and computer-based office work
• Manage files, correspondence and routine documentation
• Use MS Word, Excel and other common office applications
• Assist with printing, scanning, email and internet-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and support other office requirements
• Coordinate with staff and assist in smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong practical knowledge of computer applications
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to handle email, internet, printing, scanning and digital documentation
• Good typing and data-entry skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Freshers with good computer skills may also apply

Salary

Starting Salary: ₹8,000/month

Salary may be reviewed based on performance, skills and experience.
