About Us

We are a premier interior design firm based in Karunagappally, delivering high-end residential and commercial interior solutions. We are seeking an efficient, organized, and personable Studio / Office Manager to handle day-to-day showroom operations, client relations, administrative workflow, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio \& Office Management: Manage day-to-day operations of our interior design office/experience center, ensuring a welcoming environment for visiting clients.
• Client Relationship \& Front Desk: Welcome walk-in clients, handle initial inquiries, gather project requirements, and assign leads to our interior design and sales teams.
• Operations \& Workflow Coordination: Coordinate between interior designers, 3D visualizers, sales executives, and site teams to track project schedules and deadlines.
• Administrative \& Material Tracking: Oversee office attendance, maintain client project files, track vendor invoices, and coordinate material sampling orders.
• Management Reporting: Maintain weekly lead status reports and provide updates to firm leadership on active client projects.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years in office administration, studio management, store operations, customer relationship management (CRM), or hospitality.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Emailing).
• Personality: Professional appearance, highly organized, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working in an interior firm, architectural office, building material showroom, or real estate office is a major advantage (not mandatory).
• Location: Candidates living in or around Karunagappally / Kollam.
