Job Description: Team Leader – Sales & Marketing Job Title Team Leader – Sales & Marketing Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to lead, motivate, and manage a field sales and inside sales team. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective execution of field marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales and marketing team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct daily team briefings and review sales activities.
- Plan field visits, routes, and customer coverage effectively.
- Support team members in achieving individual and team targets. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, events, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing sales.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements. Field Marketing
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct market surveys and collect customer feedback.
- Improve brand visibility and market penetration.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company marketing strategies in the field. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track team performance against targets and KPIs.
- Analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM or sales records. Required Qualifications
- PUC or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience** in field sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of local markets and field sales processes. Required Skills
