About the Role
Crown Town Hotels Group is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and provide professional support to our guests and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding rooms, bookings, offers, and services.
Follow up with customers and potential leads politely and professionally.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
Follow up on enquiries to improve bookings and conversions.
Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
Requirements
Plus Two / Any Degree
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
Ability to communicate politely with customers.
