Founders Office- Marketing Experiences Manager
The Role (No Sugarcoating)
This is not a "coordinate a few meetings" kind of role. You'll be the person making things happen on the ground- driving participation in events, managing content pipelines, and keeping our marketing machine running smoothly.
What You'll Actually Be DoingOffline Experiences (Where Customers Meet Our Brand IRL)
Scout and secure the right venues for Pop Ups- apartment markets, mall activations, coworking spaces, anywhere our crowd hangs out
Own the entire event lifecycle: negotiate with organizers, coordinate with the team, plan logistics, and execute flawlessly on event day (yes, this is hands-on)
Organize in-house tastings- Help in curating the menu, promote sessions to drive sign-ups, run the experience, and build a loyal tasting community that becomes our biggest advocates
Social Media Coordination (Turning Ice Cream Into Content Gold)
Once the monthly content calendar is locked, make sure production and social teams actually execute it
Coordinate with chefs and social team to schedule and run photo & video shoots. Follow up on post-production, catch gaps, ensure posts go live on time
Flag issues and delays before they become problems
Business Operations (Building Systems That Scale)
Work with the Marketing Head to design and implement processes for packaging, delivery, and customer experiences. Train the kitchen team on new processes and quality standards—make sure everyone knows what excellent looks like
Chase the team for next month's new products, campaigns and coordinate packaging design and printing on time
Update existing designs in Canva based on templates (quick tweaks, not starting from scratch)
What You Need to BringMust-Haves
Event management experience- helped organize events or pop-ups before
Hands-on mentality- comfortable with physical setup, not afraid to get your hands dirty

Prior social media content coordination
