Non-Voice (Email Process) - Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Send professional sales emails to potential customers and businesses.
• Introduce our magazine and explain article publishing, sponsored content, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify prospects who may want to post or publish articles in our magazine.
• Follow up on sent emails to generate responses and close sales.
• Maintain and update email contact lists and lead records.
• Coordinate with the editorial/marketing team regarding client requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly email outreach and sales targets.
• Ensure all communication is clear, polite, and aligned with the company brand

Requirements

• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or email outreach.
• Ability to write persuasive and professional emails.

Basic computer skills (email tools, spreadsheets)

Must be ready to work in the night shift

Timing

6.30 pm to 3.30 am
