About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on new initiatives and strategic projects.

This role will give you exposure to business strategy, market research, data analysis, operations,

technology, and startup decision-making.

You will work on real business problems, help research and validate new ideas, prepare analysis and

presentations, and support the team in taking initiatives from idea to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, learning quickly, and getting involved in different parts of a startup.What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on new business initiatives and strategic projects.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to support business decisions.

Help structure business problems and break them down into actionable tasks.

Collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets and other analytical tools.

Build basic reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analysis for leadership.

Track the progress of ongoing initiatives and follow up on action items.

Support the team in running small pilots and experiments for new ideas.

Help define basic success metrics and track the results of initiatives.

Coordinate with different teams such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, and Finance when required.

Prepare presentations, research reports, meeting notes, and other documents for the Founder and leadership team.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

What We’re Looking For

Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.

Good research and information-gathering skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to create clear and structured presentations.

Curious mindset and willingness to learn about different areas of a startup.

Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of business strategy, finance, or market research.

Exposure to Power BI, SQL, data analytics, or other BI tools.

Experience with tools such as Notion, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, or AI tools.

Previous internship, college project, startup, consulting, or entrepreneurial experience.

Interest in startups, technology, business strategy, or product development.
