Education Counsellor Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from students.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
• Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
• Explain course details, admission process, and eligibility.
• Maintain student information and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the internal team for admission processing.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
• Build good relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
