Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clients, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, conducting property visits, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming client enquiries and understand their property requirements.

Generate and follow up with potential buyers through calls, messages, and meetings.

Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.

Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales records.

Coordinate with internal teams, property developers, and other stakeholders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, pricing, and new projects.

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Customer-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.

Comfortable making sales calls and meeting clients.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

A valid driving licence and own vehicle can be an advantage, depending on the role.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
