Job Title

Sales Team Leader (Two Wheeler Automobile Showroom)

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our two-wheeler sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the Sales Executive team.
• Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
• Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test rides and bookings.
• Improve lead-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
• Support the team in customer handling and sales closing.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintain CRM/DMS and sales reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, PDI and Delivery teams.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Train and guide Sales Executives.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/DMS.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 + Incentives
• Job Type: Full-time
