About Kingsmead International

Kingsmead International is an education and overseas career consultancy focused on helping students and professionals achieve their study abroad, work abroad, and language-learning goals. We are expanding our language training team and are looking for an experienced and passionate Japanese Language Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Japanese language classes for students and working professionals.
• Plan and deliver lessons according to learners’ levels and objectives.
• Teach Japanese language fundamentals including speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, assessments, and learning materials.
• Help students prepare for Japanese language proficiency examinations, where applicable.
• Track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching methods according to different learning levels.
• Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules and student progress.

Requirements

• Strong command of the Japanese language with good communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Japanese Language Trainer / Japanese Teacher / Language Instructor preferred.
• Certification such as JLPT N3/N2/N1 will be an advantage.
• Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate-level learners.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals.
• Candidates should be currently based in Gurugram and able to commute to our Sector 44 centre.
