Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role -

We're looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and execute social media strategies for BrandMiz — creating engaging content, growing our online community, and driving brand awareness across platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Monitor and engage with the online community — respond to comments and messages
• Research current trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy
• Track social media metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
• Support the development and execution of strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas
• Coordinate with design and video teams for creative assets
• Assist with other marketing tasks and campaigns as needed

Required Skills -

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
• Prior experience in social media marketing is preferred

• Data-driven approach to content and campaign decisions
• Updated with the latest social media trends and platform features
• Proactive and takes ownership of community engagement
• A portfolio of previous social content/campaigns is a plus

Office Timings \& Attendance -

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Grace period: 30 minutes for check-in and 30 minutes for lunch break
• All attendance (check-in/check-out) and payroll processes are managed through the MizUp platform

Leave \& Work-From-Home Policy -

• Casual Leave: 10 days per year
• Sick Leave: 5 days per year
• Work-From-Home: 9 days per year
• All leave and WFH requests/balances are applied for and tracked through the MizUp platform

About MizUp

MizUp is Brand Miz's in-house web \& app platform for managing employee attendance and payroll. Team members check in and check out through MizUp, and it serves as the single system of record for attendance tracking and payroll processing across the company.
