About the Role

BIG SQUARE FEET is looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in performance marketing and analytics.

The role will primarily focus on performance marketing, along with supporting website updates, CRM and other digital marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who brings creativity to advertising, while using a data-driven approach to continuously improve marketing performance and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, managing and regularly optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Create static and video creatives for Paid/Unpaid ads \& Email templates
• Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversions.
• Manage email marketing using Zoho CRM, along with WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns for lead engagement and remarketing.
• Maintain and regularly update website content and property information using WordPress CMS.
• Coordinate with partners for campaign creatives and other marketing requirements.
• Support the implementation of new marketing initiatives.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
• Working knowledge of Canva and CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL and conversion rate.
• Comfortable working with data and analysing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Interest in using automation and AI tools to improve marketing processes and reporting efficiency.
• Good attention to detail with a willingness to learn, experiment and continuously improve.

Good to Have, but Not Necessary

• Experience in real estate or another lead-generation-focused industry.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators for video content creation.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in paid advertising and analytics who is keen to develop their skills across digital marketing, automation and marketing technology.
