Job Overview

EaseMyTrip is looking for a presentable, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide a professional and welcoming experience to visitors, candidates, and employees.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, and guests in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitors, meetings, and appointments.
• Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and visitors.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Reception, Front Office, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Confident, polite, and courteous while interacting with people.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
