Eligibility Criteria

• 12th: Completed from Science / Commerce stream.
• Graduation: Completed through Regular mode.
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of F\&B Department purchasing and procurement.
• Good knowledge of vendor management, negotiation and procurement processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Purchase MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
• Manage procurement requirements for the F\&B Department.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of required materials and supplies.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, purchase orders and vendor documentation.
• Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with stores/F\&B teams.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Track pending orders, deliveries and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
• Prepare purchase-related MIS and reports.
