Job Description
Inventory \& Warehouse Operations
- Stock Tracking: Monitor daily inbound and outbound stock movements using ERP and inventory software.
- Audit \& Reconciliation: Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile figures with digital records to trace discrepancies.
Financial \& Account Management
- Data Entry: File daily accounting entries including purchases, sales invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, debtor (customer) balances, and creditor (vendor) ledgers.
