Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects-commercial, residential, industrial. Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments. Plan and monitor project activities as per timelines. Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is progressing as per required standards. Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover. Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at sites. Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards. Travel to project sites as required. Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in solar project execution. Prior solar industry experience is mandatory. Good understanding of rooftop solar installation and execution. Strong site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills. Willingness to travel to project sites. Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
