Key Responsibilities

Social Media Creatives

• Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Design static posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives and campaign assets. Adapt creative concepts into different sizes and formats as required.
• Work with the content team to translate ideas, briefs and copy into strong visual communication.
• Maintain consistency with brand visual identity.

E-commerce Creatives

• Design creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms. ● Create product banners, promotional creatives, offer creatives and marketplace communication.
• Assist in creating Amazon A+ content, product infographics and feature-benefit creatives.
• Design product-focused visuals that clearly communicate product features, benefits and USPs.
• Resize and adapt creatives according to marketplace specifications.

Product & Marketing Support

• Create visuals for product launches, festive campaigns, sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with product photography concepts, visual references and basic image editing. Work on promotional materials such as flyers, digital brochures, banners and email creatives when required.
• Explore new visual trends and creative formats relevant to social media and e-commerce.

Brand & Design Execution

• Follow established brand guidelines, typography, colours and visual language.
• Ensure all creatives are visually consistent, accurate and professionally presented. ● Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing and sales teams.
• Maintain organized files and editable design assets for future use.

Skills Required

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.
• Understanding of social media design and visual communication.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce creative requirements is an advantage.
• Good sense of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work with product images and create clean, product-focused designs.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into a visual concept.
• Good time management and ability to work on multiple creatives within deadlines.

• A Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Multimedia student or recent graduate.
• Someone who is highly creative and enjoys experimenting with visual ideas.
• Someone who follows social media, design and visual trends.
• A portfolio of college projects, personal work or social media designs will be an advantage.
