Client Relationship / Telecalling Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Incentives: ₹10,000+ per month based on performance
Experience: 0–3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-spoken and professional individuals to join our Client Relationship Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with company-provided leads, understanding their basic requirements, following up with prospective clients and coordinating appointments with our field executives.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads provided by the company

Communicate professionally with prospective clients

Understand and record basic client requirements

Follow up regularly with prospective clients

Schedule and coordinate appointments with field executives

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointments

Ensure timely coordination between clients and field executives

Provide a professional and positive experience to prospective clients

Candidate Requirements

Fluent in Hindi with basic to good English communication skills

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and professional telephone manner

Basic knowledge of finance and the stock market

Interest in financial services and investment-related matters

Good follow-up and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to communicate with clients professionally over the phone

Freshers with good communication skills and basic financial knowledge are welcome to apply
