Job Description – Marketing & Service Executive

Department: Marketing & Service
Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

Share invoices and docket details with concerned persons.

Maintain production follow-up, installation, and service sheets.

Prepare sales/service quotations, Service Orders, P.I., warranty, replacement, and short-supply orders.

Coordinate with Assembly for product details, dimensions, barcodes, and stickers.

Coordinate with transporters for freight rates, dispatch, and delivery.

Follow up with transporters after dispatch until delivery.

Maintain accurate sales, service, dispatch, and customer-related records.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office.

Strong follow-up and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing/Service Coordination or a similar role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
