Junior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain sales and purchase entries in accounting software.

Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.

Manage stock and inventory-related entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

Assist with bank, cash, and ledger entries.

Maintain proper records of accounts and supporting documents.

Assist the senior accountant with GST, TDS, and other compliance-related work.

Reconcile basic accounts and resolve entry discrepancies.

Perform other day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / related field preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Freshers can apply.

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience will be preferred.
