Handle export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificate of Origin, and other export-related documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines for timely dispatch of shipments.

Manage export orders from order confirmation to final delivery.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Maintain export records and prepare reports as required.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in export operations.

Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
