Job Responsibilities
- Daily back-office and administrative work
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Preparing and managing documents, bills and reports
- Updating Excel sheets and maintaining office data
- Handling phone calls and basic customer/supplier communication
- Coordinating with internal departments for day-to-day work
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation
- Supporting the team in routine office activities
- Completing assigned work accurately and on time
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Basic English reading and writing
- Responsible and disciplined approach towards work
- Ability to learn and work as part of a team
