Key Responsibilities
- Print CAD Separation
- To work on Digital design files for separation adaptable for digital or Screen printing.
Color Matching & Quality Control: Ensure accurate color matching as per design requirements and maintain consistency across batches.
- Design Execution
- Coordinate with designers to understand artwork development and ensure correct print output on fabrics.
- Process Improvement
- Suggest and implement improvements in printing techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Documentation
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and machine logs.
Technical Skills Required
Knowledge of textile printing techniques (Screen / Digital Printing)
Understanding of color theory and dyeing processes
Familiarity with Print Softwares (Photoshop / AVA similar tools is an added advantage)
Ability to troubleshoot printing errors
