Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly sales and revenue growth for the Hebbal zone.

Regularly visit garages and build strong relationships with garage owners.

Acquire new garages and increase business from existing customers.

Reactivate inactive customers and develop key accounts.

Understand local market demand and identify new sales opportunities.

Proactively identify required SKUs and ensure the right inventory is available at the store.

Track stock-outs, slow-moving inventory and market requirements.

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Drive OEM and OES product sales and improve margins.

Work closely with the Store, Procurement and Operations teams.

Ideal Candidate

2–6 years of sales/business development experience.

Automotive spare parts/aftermarket experience preferred.

Strong garage network in Bengaluru, especially North Bengaluru, is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Highly field-oriented, target-driven and proactive.

Good understanding of multi-brand passenger vehicle spare parts.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
