Job Summary

We are looking for an outgoing, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Client Services & Sales Associate to join our team. This is a front-line role responsible for delivering a premium client experience, supporting daily studio operations, and contributing to overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and reception support.
• Welcome and assist clients and manage class check-ins.
• Assist clients with selecting suitable packages and services.
• Maintain the studio’s premium look, feel, and service standards.
• Support instructors and coordinate effectively with the studio team.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, services, and retail merchandise.
• Support training and coaching of new Client Services team members when required.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain company values.
• Contribute to revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Interest in fitness and wellness.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including either Saturday or Sunday.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays.

Pay

₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
