Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across multiple healthcare facilities nationwide.

The recruiter will work closely with account managers, compliance teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely placements while maintaining high-quality candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, and other clinical staff
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, offer discussions, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS/CRM systems
• Ensure all required documentation and compliance items are completed before placement
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain consistent follow-up communication

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment is required.
• Strong understanding of travel nursing, allied staffing, or healthcare placement processes is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and job boards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to INR 35,000 per month, depending on experience
