Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact prospective students and explain our courses and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and understand their learning requirements.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain relationships with prospects.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.
• Attend webinars, seminars, and educational events to promote the company's programs.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of calls made per day.
• Leads contacted and followed up.
• Monthly enrollments achieved.
• Revenue generated.
• Customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
