Automation Engineer, Sales And Site Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales - Meet customers, understand their needs and explain our smart home solutions. - Do site visits and take measurements for quotations. - Prepare quotations with the team and follow up with customers. - Help close orders and maintain good customer relationships. Site Engineering - Supervise and carry out on-site installation of devices and wiring. - Coordinate with electricians, technicians and other site teams. - Make sure work follows the design and quality standards. - Report site progress and issues to the management. Configuration - Set up and program smart devices, hubs, apps and automation scenes. - Configure Wi-Fi networks, routers and device connectivity. - Test all systems before handover and fix issues. - Train customers to use their system and give after-sales support.
