Tally & Billing Executive

Job Description – Tally & Billing Executive Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ Year Department: Accounts & Finance About the Role Looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally & Billing Executive to support our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, billing, invoicing, accounting entries and basic financial documentation . Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales invoices, bills and credit/debit notes . Handle day-to-day billing and accounting entries in Tally Prime . Maintain accurate customer and vendor records. Record sales, purchase, receipt and payment transactions. Verify invoices, supporting documents and billing details. Assist with GST-related billing and documentation . Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and accounting records. Perform basic ledger checking and reconciliation. Coordinate with internal departments for billing-related requirements. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting and billing activities. Candidate Requirements Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory . Good understanding of billing, invoicing and basic accounting . Working knowledge of GST and accounting entries . Basic knowledge of MS Excel . Good numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Candidates from manufacturing / solar / engineering backgrounds will be preferred.
