Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive with strong spoken and written English. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into orders. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and Instagram. Handle enquiries for wholesale, retail and customised jewellery. Share product catalogues, pricing and quotations with buyers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers to close sales. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for customer orders. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales. Build lasting customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Candidate Requirements Strong spoken and written English is essential. Good Hindi communication skills. Confident in speaking with Indian and international customers. Good sales, negotiation and customer service skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Excel and social media. Organised, proactive and consistent with follow-ups. Previous experience in inside sales, jewellery, fashion or accessories is preferred.
