Test-Day Consultant

Consultant Role | Approximately 2 Saturdays per Month

We are looking for professional, confident and reliable graduates to support the delivery of internationally administered examinations.

The role involves structured candidate interaction, following standardised procedures and ensuring a professional and secure test-day experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assigned candidate-facing activities in accordance with prescribed procedures.

Communicate clearly, professionally and consistently in English.

Follow all test-day instructions, scripts and operational protocols accurately.

Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with international test security and integrity standards.

Support smooth candidate movement and test-day coordination where required.

Report any irregularity, concern or deviation immediately to the Test Centre team.

Attend mandatory training, briefing and refresher sessions.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation and confident communication.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Professional, composed and comfortable interacting with candidates individually.

Ability to follow detailed instructions without deviation.

Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity and responsibility.

Punctual, dependable and attentive to detail.

Comfortable working in a highly regulated examination environment.

Available for approximately two Saturdays per month, based on the examination schedule.

Previous experience in teaching, training, assessment, customer-facing roles, healthcare, language education or examination administration will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Engagement

Consultant / part-time assignment

Approximately 2 Saturdays per month

Training will be provided

Continued engagement will be based on performance, availability and compliance with test standards
