E Commerce Warehouse Operations

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee product manufacturing and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations at our warehouse. You will manage production workers, supervise fragrance-based homecare manufacturing, track inventory, and handle daily e-commerce dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management: Oversee workers making fragrance-based homecare products, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing daily production speed.

E-Commerce Operations

Download order shipping labels/manifests from platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and ensure accurate packaging.

Logistics & Dispatch

Coordinate with courier delivery executives for timely daily order pickups.

Inventory Control: Track stock levels of raw materials (fragrances, chemicals, bottles, boxes) and finished products; raise reorder alerts when stock is low.

Warehouse Management

Remain on-site throughout the working shift to maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and staff discipline.

Requirements

Education

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience

1–3 years in e-commerce warehouse operations or small-scale production/assembly.

Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel, downloading files/labels from seller portals), team management, and basic inventory tracking.

Must be comfortable working on-site full-time at the warehouse.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
