Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate service staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Maintain cleanliness, service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support the manager in daily restaurant operations
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Pay
- ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
